The Strata hop offers many layers of different fruit flavors, both dried and fresh, with a distinctive dried chili-hemp-funk taste. Late warm-side additions using Strata highlight layers of rounded tropical and bright fresh fruit flavors. Dry hopping enhances the grapefruit and hemp flavor, while other descriptive notes include passion fruit and strawberry.
