The Kazbek product was bred from Saaz and a wild Russian hop from the Caucasus. It is characterized by a dominant bright citrus note of lemon or grapefruit, without hiding the essence of the floral and earthy spice blend of its Saaz parent. It is used in several popular beer styles, such as Lagers, Pale Ales, Wheats, and Belgian Ales.
