New hop from Yakima, a cross between Cascade and USDA hop. It has a pleasant lemon feel, delivering a citrus (lemon) character as well as tea and fruit flower notes. It has been particularly successful in saison, wheat, and ales. Specifically, initial tests show that it performs excellently when added in the last minutes of boiling or during dry hopping.
