Turbo Pure 48 yeast is a temperature-resistant yeast suitable for fermenting alcoholic beverages. The maximum dosage is 5.4 grams of yeast per liter. The fermentation is very clean and allows the production of up to 18% alcohol if the temperature is maintained at 20-25 °C throughout the process.
