For hygiene reasons, returns of underwear are not accepted. Upon shipment of each order, products are checked for any defective pieces. In case you receive a defective product or the product is not what you ordered, you have the right to exchange it. Products that have been returned opened, damaged, or stained will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer with the return shipping cost charged to them. Product sets containing more than one piece are considered ONE product, therefore returns of individual pieces from the package are not accepted.
