For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted on underwear.
When each order is shipped, the products are checked for any defective items. If you receive a defective product or a product that is not what you ordered, you have the right to exchange it.
Products that have been returned opened, damaged, or stained will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense for return shipping.
Sets of products containing more than one piece are considered ONE product. Therefore, returns are not accepted for individual pieces from the package.
