Construction Materials & Upper Design

The upper of the HOKA Gaviota 6 features redesigned engineered mesh, which provides targeted flexibility and structural support along the sides. The mesh construction allows air to circulate continuously, preventing heat from building up inside the shoe. The soft ankle collar and padded tongue secure the heel and instep, eliminating pressure points during extended wear.

H-Frame™ Stability Technology & Shock Absorption Protection

This system prevents excessive inward rolling (overpronation) upon landing, providing support without restricting natural movement. The compressed CMEVA foam offers high levels of shock absorption, reducing joint strain on hard surfaces such as asphalt.

Meta-Rocker Geometry & Outsole

The Late-stage Meta-Rocker geometry places the sole’s point of flex closer to the toes, providing a broader base of support through the midfoot and a smooth forward roll. The outsole features sections of durable rubber (zonal rubber) in high-wear areas, ensuring a stable foothold and traction on dry and wet urban surfaces.
