The Cyan Cross Cheese Yeast Powder is a reliable ally for cheese making, ensuring quick and effective milk coagulation.

  • Absolute reliability: Stable enzymatic action for predictable results.

  • Easy & accurate dosing: The powder form allows precise measurement without waste.

The powder dissolves in a little water with salt and is added to the milk, stirring for 2-3 minutes. After 45-60 minutes, the curd is placed in a cloth or perforated molds for draining. It can be turned twice for better cheese tightening.

Available in 250g packaging, capable of coagulating 8000 kg of milk.
