The Cooling Collar device, Flippy, is designed to reduce body temperature through rapid cooling. The product is reusable, non-toxic, and made of TPU with a diameter of 120 mm, immediately providing a cooling sensation during intense heat waves in summer, vacations, or in air-conditioned office and home spaces. It is based on a natural ecological foundation without additional electrical power supply. Therefore, it can greatly help prevent heatstroke or dangerous body overheating during the summer months.

The special internal PCM (phase change material) reduces heat in the neck area. Phase change material is a substance that releases/absorbs enough energy during the transition phase to provide usable heating or cooling, effectively cooling the contact point on the neck, where there is increased blood flow carrying heat. It is an ideal solution for people who do not prefer using air conditioning or need to stay in air-conditioned spaces during hot weather.

• Usage capabilities:
• The cooling collar can be placed on the neck in a solid state, allowing an immediate cooling sensation.
• Alternatively, it can be placed in the refrigerator or freezer, enhancing the cooling effect and extending the time required for the heat to transition to liquid state.

After use, the neck collar can be re-cooled in the freezer (about 6 minutes), refrigerator (about 20 minutes), in cold water, or in a space with steady ventilation or air conditioning below 28°C.
