    I take it for liver support and overall I am satisfied. It doesn't work miracles overnight, but if you take it daily at the recommended dose, you start to notice a difference and an improvement in how you feel relatively soon.

    Personally, I felt less "heavy" and more okay after eating. The capsules are easy to swallow and did not cause me any discomfort.

    Overall, a very honest product for its price, I will buy it again and I like that the company is Greek and has good customer support.
