Coenzyme Q10 is a natural dietary supplement which is recommended for:

Mitochondria need Coenzyme Q10 for proper function, as well as L-carnitine, D-ribose, and magnesium. Without these nutrients, inflammatory processes caused by oxidative stress may occur.

Ingredients per capsule: Rice flour (natural filler), Coenzyme Q10 - 100 mg, vegetable capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. Does not contain lactose, gluten, soy, magnesium stearate, artificial sweeteners or chemical additives.

Directions for use: Adults: Take 1 capsule 1-2 times daily with meals or as directed by your physician. One capsule contains 100 mg of Coenzyme Q10.

Coenzyme Q10 can be combined with magnesium, D-ribose and N-acetyl L-carnitine to support cardiovascular health.

Precautions and contraindications: Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with hormone-related cancers, or individuals allergic to any of the product’s ingredients.

Side effects and interactions: No side effects have been reported at the recommended dosages. May interact with oral hypoglycemic drugs, beta-blockers or 5-HTP/5-hydroxytryptophan when taken simultaneously.
