Application: Apply a thin, even layer of base coat over the entire nail surface and then use a UV or LED lamp to "cure" the color. You can apply the Gel Polish 1 or 2 times in thin, even coats. Finish with a layer of Top Coat No Wipe for a perfect finish without removing the tacky layer.
