The RAM-B-201LU is a standard double socket locking system featuring sockets on both ends that fit bases with a 1" diameter ball. A single spring inside the arm opens the socket ends, allowing rotation of the ball and socket connection. This socket technology permits nearly infinite adjustments and perfect viewing angles. The lock includes a 1/4"-20 brass thread for 1" diameter B size socket arms, allowing the removal of the lock screw. Once the base is positioned as needed, it can be locked to ensure the mounted device remains stable.
