Pretty silly, it's like those special wish books, something similar to the Psalms of David, here it has many Indian ceremonies and wishes, no matter how many I tried nothing worked, supposedly a headache goes away with boiled vinegar, my head hurt even more and I took a painkiller, the other one is even more ridiculous, that for insomnia someone else has to put rabbit ears under your pillow. I mean, it's laughable and sad at the same time! I mostly got it for the embossed cover, it's quite unreliable. It doesn't even write the ritual on how to break a curse, which actually works. I don't recommend it.
