How it works:

  • The motor rotates the small pulley, which rotates the large one via the belt.
  • The difference in pulley sizes allows the large pulley to rotate more slowly than the motor.
  • The reflectors, when positioned behind the LED lamp, reflect the light of the lamp.
  • The mechanism creates a series of four quick flashes.
  • If the reflectors are in front of the LED lamp, the flashes are hidden and you only see the alternating light and dark.
