Instructions for use:
- Pour the yogurt: Pour the yogurt into the strainer.
- Close the lid: Cover the filter with the included lid to keep it clean.
- Place in the refrigerator: Leave the yogurt in the fridge for 4-6 hours.
- Add the spring: After some time, insert the stainless steel spring.
- Final straining: Leave in the fridge for another 2-4 hours.
- Pour and consume: Remove from the fridge and transfer the resulting cheese or yogurt.
