The CyberPower PDU44302 provides outlets from a UPS unit, generator, or power supply to multiple connected devices in IT environments. Dual power feeds can be connected to separate power sources to offer redundancy for equipment connected with a single cable. If the selected power source exceeds desired limits or fails, the ATS PDU automatically switches to the other power source to ensure continuous operation.

The unit supports remote control of individual outlets over a network, allowing administrators to turn connected devices on or off from any location. The product features an integrated hot-swappable Ethernet module that can operate with the PowerPanel Power Management Software and the energy management interface for real-time monitoring and control.

The digital LCD display is also customizable in color, allowing users to easily monitor and maintain the ATS PDU. Users can change the LCD colors to categorize devices across multiple machines in server rooms and IT environments. Event logging via a web browser or network connection enables users to review the power supply history. When specific event conditions occur, automatic notifications are sent via email, SMS, or SNMP trap to designated users for immediate action. The USB port also supports easy firmware upgrades. Additionally, the included RJ45 port allows connection to the optional environmental sensor (ENVIROSENSOR), which can provide real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity in an IT center.
