The JJC DCH-NB13L is a dual-channel charger for NB-13L batteries, capable of charging two batteries simultaneously. It is powered via a USB cable and can be connected to a laptop, power bank, or standard USB charger. The built-in circuit automatically stops charging once complete.

The LED indicator works as follows:

• 24% charge: flashes once per second
• 50% charge: flashes twice per second
• 75% charge: flashes three times per second
• 100% charge: remains on
