1-hour use review. It is as shown in the photo; only the base is a little whiter. It makes 6 small cups of coffee. The spout of the cezve is 10 cm; the inside is 9 cm, and the height is 10 cm. The cord is 65 cm long. It makes good Greek coffee, but you have to keep an eye on it so the foam doesn't get ruined. Yes, it has a thermostat on the bottom of the cezve that cuts off the boiling. I think it is a disadvantage for the thermostat to be on the base of the cezve, because you have to be careful not to damage or break it when stirring the coffee with a spoon. You just need to be careful and stir around the bottom of the cezve. It has a heating element rated at 800 to 1000 watts. That's what the label on the base says. One more thing: turn off the switch on the base when there is no water in the cezve. It will work; the thermostat will of course switch off, but the cezve will smell unpleasant, like something burnt, and the bottom of the cezve may turn black. A little vinegar with a little water cleans it. In any case, I don't recommend leaving the switch on when there is no water. For me, this is an important reason to maintain the cezve. One disadvantage for me is that I want the switch on the base at the front for operation, but the power cord comes out in the middle and not from the back of the base, which would be more convenient because of the kitchen outlet. If I notice anything in the future, I'll update this review. I believe I made the right choice, and a beautiful one because of the color. The decision to buy is yours. I haven't regretted it so far...
