    I have had the machine for 4 years. Without using it particularly intensively. At first, as long as it worked, everything was fine. After about a year, it had an issue with a part that I replaced. Factory-installed, this part is plastic, but later they suggest the metal one. After about another year, it had an issue again and they are asking for 175 euros to fix it. Supposedly, I bought it as a brand guarantee.
