    1. The hinges have, inexplicably, very small screws that can easily come out. I leaned on it a little with my hand to reach the sofa where the dog was, and 2 hinges came off. I had other screws and replaced them.
    2. The "carpet" on the ramp is nothing special. My elderly dog did not have good grip and was slipping. He would step on it and try to jump to get up.

    In the end, it ended up closed, in front of the sofa like a little step.

    I take off 3 stars because of the construction, but I leave 2 because for a younger dog (not over 25-30 kilos I would say) I think it will be okay.
