The basic design idea includes mixer arms that fold and change shape. They are adjusted into a "balloon" arrangement for mixing eggs and purees or into a flat arrangement for liquids and sauces.
The metal arms are coated with special silicone, suitable for contact with food, resistant up to 270° Celsius. This coating does not scratch cookware and is suitable for hot foods, as well as resistant to corrosion and acidic foods, such as fruit juices.
