Chest: Measure the circumference of your chest under the armpits.

Hips: Measure the circumference of your hips at the widest point while standing with your feet together.

The table measurements refer to body dimensions. Use these measurements to determine your size. If your measurements fall between two sizes, it is recommended to choose the smaller size for a tighter fit, or the larger size for a looser fit. If your hip and chest measurements correspond to different sizes, choose the larger size. There is an elastic band and adjustable drawstring for a perfect fit on every body type.
