To my nose and the way it sits on my skin, it is only for winter evenings. Of all the amber, woody, and spicy notes listed on Fragrantica, I only detect the 3 I mentioned. And it definitely does not resemble Aqua Dubai at all, which is one of my favorites as shown on this fragrance page. It is best to try it before buying it.
