    I got it for my daily workouts and it's my first time with HOKA. Very nice, it's obviously not the fastest shoe like the evo sl for example, but due to its very low weight, I find it very comfortable, soft, and pleasant. It hugs the foot very well and has very good support. If it had a bit more foam thickness, it might have been even better. It has a 5mm drop.

This material provides excellent impact absorption on landing and immediate energy return during toe-off. The distinctive Early-stage Meta-Rocker geometry supports the foot’s natural roll from heel to toe, reducing ground contact time.

Outsole & Traction

The outsole features strategically placed zones of durable rubber (zonal rubber) in areas subject to the most friction, such as the heel and forefoot. This design protects the midsole foam from premature wear on asphalt, while keeping the overall shoe weight low and ensuring grip on both dry and wet surfaces.
