Culiflower Powder Blue Cross for homemade cheese making. Ideal for amateur cheesemakers, it ensures stability and ease in the production process.

  • Reliability: Stable enzymatic action for predictable results.

  • Dosage: Easy and precise measurement due to its powder form.

Each scoop curdles 100 kilograms of milk. Dissolve the powder in a little water along with a teaspoon of salt and add it to the milk, stirring for 2-3 minutes. After 45-60 minutes, place the curd in a cheesecloth or perforated molds and drain it. Open the container only when needed and keep it in a dry and cool place.

Contents: Powdered rennet 5gr for 50kg milk.
