- Target Tidal Volume Function which sets the desired breathing volume and then the device automatically readjusts the pressure support level to achieve it
- Inspiratory time control where the Ti min and Ti max are independently adjustable, preventing insufficient ventilation due to short inhalation time and side effects of air leaks at the exhalation sensitivity level
- Inspiratory/Expiratory Sensitivity providing 8 sensitivity levels for optimal device compliance with the patient's respiratory needs
- AutoRamp which detects the patient's sleep state and automatically determines the time to operate at low pressure at the start of therapy
- Auto Leak Compensation for detecting large air leaks and simultaneously readjusting sensitivity and airflow levels
- Reslex which provides pressure reduction to facilitate exhalation
- iCode/iCode QR/iCode QR+ for remote data transfer
- PAP Link App for monitoring therapy on the user's smartphone
- Wifi kit or GSM (optional) enabling remote monitoring of data and changing therapy settings
- Reminder System to remind users when to replace consumables
- Alarms System with audible and visual alerts warning of high air leaks, very high or low air pressure, high or low respiratory rate, low ventilation per minute, power outage, etc.
The G3 B25VT device is a Bilevel ST machine that provides stable two-level pressure with adjustable minimum respiratory rate and targeted breathing volume, suitable for patients suffering from respiratory failure.
Manufactured by BMC Medical, China's leading respiratory device company with a strong global presence, the G3 B25VT device belongs to the latest generation of “smart” Bi-level devices, featuring ergonomic design, built-in heated humidifier, and multiple methods for managing therapy data.

Targeted tidal volume function
The G3 B25VT adjusts the inhalation based on the last 5 breaths and automatically regulates the pressure to reach the preset tidal volume, ensuring better ventilation.
Innovative PUSH Water Chamber
- Before starting the therapy, the G3 BPAP 25VT allows activation of the humidifier's preheating, which lasts for 30 minutes. During this time, the humidifier water reaches the ideal temperature and humidity, providing maximum comfort from the beginning until the end of the therapy. The heated humidifier features five (5) levels of heating and humidity so that the patient can choose what suits them best.
- The patient should keep in mind that the goal of a successful long-term therapy will be easier to achieve when using the built-in heated humidifier together with the Heated Tubing, whose combination (AUTO HUMIDITY CONTROL) maintains a steady temperature and humidity of the inhaled air, in order to avoid unpleasant side effects such as dry mouth, nasal congestion, nosebleeds, rhinitis (runny nose), the sensation of cold air, and the accumulation of water vapor in the air circuit and mask.
- The benefits of the heated humidifier are significant, as the high flows of the BiLevel-ST device can cause dryness and irritation in the nose and throat. The humidifier keeps the humidity levels high, just like the nasal cavity does during normal breathing.
