The Re-Cone assembly consists of a pre-assembled cone, surround, and voice coil that are screwed onto the L7X motor and basket assembly. This ensures perfect alignment of the cone and voice coil.
Because no glue is used in the reconing process, the cone can be replaced within minutes if field failure occurs. Alignment shims are included.
- Compatibility: Recones work only with the same subwoofer impedance configurations.
- Kit: 1 Ohm, compatible only with the 1 Ohm L7X12.
