• Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) – 40 mg
• Acerola powder (34% vitamin C) – 20 mg
• Chelated iron bisglycinate - 140 mg (equivalent to 28 mg iron)
• Copper gluconate - 3.5 mg (equivalent to 0.49 mg copper)
• Folic acid – 0.4 mg
• Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) – 1.4 mg
• Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) – 2.5 mcg
• Other ingredients: lactose, corn starch, talc, plant magnesium stearate, gelatin capsule with colorants (azorubine, iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow).

Directions for use: It is recommended to take 1 capsule daily, preferably in the morning.
