Magnefort B6 is a supplement that combines magnesium and vitamin B6 to support the health of the nervous system, muscles, and skeletal system. Magnesium contributes to cell division, normal protein synthesis, electrolyte balance, and the maintenance of mental, dental, and bone health. Ingredients:

• Magnesium oxide – 500 mg (equivalent to 300 mg elemental magnesium)
• Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) – 1.4 mg
• Fillers: microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate
• Dissolving agent: sodium carboxymethyl cellulose
• Anti-caking agents: fatty acids, talc, colloidal silicon dioxide

Directions for use:

Adults: take 1 film-coated tablet daily, preferably during or after a meal, with a glass of water.

Precautions:

• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• Concurrent use with tetracyclines is not recommended – tetracyclines should be taken at least 3 hours before Magnefort B6.
• This product is a dietary supplement and should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
• Keep out of reach and sight of children.

Contraindications:

Not recommended for individuals with lactose intolerance or allergies to any of the product's ingredients. It should not be taken simultaneously with levodopa treatment.
