Lithoren Duo is a supplement that actively supports the health of the urinary system, helping to prevent the formation of kidney stones and facilitating their elimination. It contains:

• Tribasic potassium citrate – 25 mEq
• Tribasic sodium citrate – 25 mEq
• Tribasic magnesium citrate – 10 mEq
• Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) – 25 mg

These ingredients may help reduce the risk of urine supersaturation with calcium oxalate and phosphate, promoting the formation of soluble compounds instead of insoluble ones. Magnesium citrate encourages the conversion of calcium oxalate into a more soluble form, preventing the accumulation and growth of crystals. Vitamin B6 may inhibit the synthesis of endogenous oxalate, thus supporting the prevention of urinary stone formation.

Useful during active treatment and in the preventive period for recurrence of kidney stones. The product contains sucralose, a sweetener suitable for diabetic patients, and does not contain sodium chloride.

Instructions for use:

• Elimination of small stones (1-5 mm) or microlithiasis: 2 sachets daily (morning and evening) for 1 month, followed by 2 sachets daily of Lithoren simple for 2 months or until complete elimination.
• Before lithotripsy: 2 sachets daily for 1 month.
• After lithotripsy: 2 sachets daily for 1 month, then continue with Lithoren simple for 2 months.
• Preventively, for high-risk individuals or those with recurrences: 2 sachets daily for 3 months, with 2 cycles per year.

Precautions:

• During administration, mild gastrointestinal disturbances or diarrhea may occur. These can be reduced if the product is taken with meals or by adjusting the dose.
• During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the product should be used only with medical advice, due to the lack of decisive safety studies in these periods.
• In children and adolescents, administration should only be under medical recommendation, with dose adjustment according to body weight.
