The KIT will change the appearance of your old regular key. With the kit, you get the option of a new generation folding Ford keys. The new key is designed to perfectly match your electronic systems. You need to visit a locksmith to program the new key. It is necessary to place the transmitter (a small black component) into the new casing, otherwise the immobilizer system will activate and the car will not start.
