The Daiwa Kohga R.Hook rig is designed for Tai Rubber / Tenya Jig techniques where the lure/spoon works close to the bottom. Attacks are often “gulps” (bites that require an immediate and sure strike).
It features a double assist (two hooks) tied with a red assist cord, with a heat-shrink tube on the top for proper alignment and protection of the knot. This ensures the set sits properly on the artificial lure/lead head and works naturally, increasing the chances of success when the fish hits near the lure's body.
