Impregnation

Once the wood takes its final shape, it is placed in special kilns filled with water and preservative. Then it undergoes pressure of 12 atmospheres for approximately 3 hours, allowing the preservative to penetrate into the heart of the wood and stabilize its structure. This achieves maximum lifespan, providing protection against microorganisms such as fungi, insects, or bacteria that can deteriorate the wood.
