    With full exercise daily, consuming 800-1000 calories and following a careful diet, it did absolutely nothing. 60 kg bench and 10 kg dumbbells, no increase in muscle. Also, COUNTLESS PILLS. 8 pills per dose, combined with the corresponding fat burner from the company for a "better" result, 9+9 for the two doses of the other + 8 of this one. No results in weight or volume.
