Cast Iron Cooking Tray 35x35xh4cm
The cast iron tray provides excellent cooking capabilities on all types of stovetops. Below are the usage and maintenance instructions:
- Before first use, heat the product at high temperature for about 10-15 minutes until it stops smoking, then let it cool down.
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of salt and heat again for 3-5 minutes, stirring.
- Let the product cool and then coat it with sunflower oil both inside and outside.
- After use and washing, wipe the product thoroughly and let it dry. Drying can be done on the stovetop.
- Never leave the product wet. If rust appears, it can be restored by cleaning it with a dish sponge or steel wool, then rinse and dry.
- Coat the product with oil and heat it at high temperature for 25-30 minutes.
- The surface of the cast iron is not flat and has small irregularities that are not considered defects.
- It can be used on all stovetops (electric, gas, induction, vitroceramic, wood stove) and on open flames.
- If the product has wooden or plastic details, remove them before using it in the oven.
Attention: To hold the hot cookware, make sure to use gloves or handles with heat protection.
