Activation Instructions: Before first use, the enamel needs to harden with the following steps: add water and salt in a ratio of 2 tablespoons of salt per 1 liter of water. Boil the liquid and then remove the cookware from the heat. Wait for the liquid to cool completely and then drain it.
Usage and Maintenance Instructions:
- Can be used on all cooktops (gas, induction, electric, vitroceramic).
- Suitable for dishwasher use, but hand washing with water and liquid soap is recommended to maintain the original appearance.
- Avoid contact with metal utensils as the enamel is fragile and small cracks may develop.
- Avoid thermal shocks, do not pour cold liquids into hot cookware.
- Do not leave the product with liquids in the freezer, as the expansion of the liquid will damage the enamel.
- Never leave the enamel empty on the heat, as overheating will damage it.
- Always place the product on a cooking zone suitable for its size.
- To clean burnt food, pour cold water with a few tablespoons of salt and baking soda and leave for 1 - 1.5 hours. Then wash with water, regular dish detergent, and a soft sponge.
- Do not use abrasive substances or products like metal sponges for cleaning.
- If the enamel starts to fade, boil the product in water with a small amount of dish detergent and then rinse well with warm water.
- Never use the product if the enamel inside is damaged.
