Use and maintenance:
- Before first use, heat the product at a high temperature for about 10-15 minutes until it no longer emits smoke, then allow it to cool.
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of salt and heat again for another 3-5 minutes, stirring.
- Let the product cool and then coat it with sunflower oil, both inside and outside.
- The product is ready to use on all stovetops and open flames.
- After use and washing, wipe and dry the product thoroughly. Drying can be done on the stovetop.
- Never leave the product wet.
- If rust appears, you can restore it. Clean the rust with a dish or steel sponge, rinse, and dry.
- Coat the product with oil and heat it at high temperature for 25-30 minutes.
- The surface of the cast iron cookware is not flat and may have small irregularities, which are not considered defects.
- The products are made of pure metal with no additional coating.
- You can use the product on all stovetops (electric, gas, induction, vitroceramic, wood stoves) and open flames.
- If the product has wooden or plastic parts, remove them before using it in the oven.
- Attention! To carry a hot pan, make sure to use gloves or handles with heat protection.
