MAYSTERNYA cast iron frying pan with glass lid, dimensions 26xh6cm, also includes a steel sponge.

Use and maintenance:

  • Before first use, heat the product at a high temperature for about 10-15 minutes until it stops smoking, then let it cool.
  • Add 2-3 tablespoons of salt to the product and heat again for 3-5 minutes, stirring.
  • Let the product cool and then apply sunflower oil inside and outside.
  • The product is ready for use on all types of stoves and open flames.
  • After use and washing, clean and dry the product completely. Drying can be done on the stove.
  • Never leave the product wet.
  • If rust appears, it can be restored to its original condition. Clean the rust with a dish sponge or steel sponge, rinse, and dry.
  • Apply oil and heat at a high temperature for 25-30 minutes.
  • The surface of cast iron cookware is not flat and has small irregularities, which are not considered defects.
  • The products are made from pure metal without any other coating.
  • You can use the product on all types of stoves (electric, gas, induction, vitroceramic, wood stove) and on open flames.
  • If the product has wooden or plastic parts, remove them so you can use it in the oven.
  • Attention! For handling hot cookware, use gloves or handles with heat protection.
