Use and maintenance: Before first use, heat the product at a high temperature for about 10-15 minutes until it stops smoking, and then let it cool down. Add 2-3 tablespoons of salt and heat again for 3-5 minutes, stirring. Allow the product to cool, then oil it with sunflower oil both inside and out. The product is now ready for use on all stovetops and open flame.
After use and washing, wipe and dry the product carefully. Drying can be done on the stove. Do not leave the product wet. If rust appears, it can be restored to its original condition. Clean the rust with a dish or steel sponge, then rinse and dry. Oil the product and heat it at a high temperature for 25-30 minutes.
The surface of the cast iron cookware is not smooth and has small bumps and irregularities that are not considered defects. The products are made from pure metal without any coatings. You can use the product on all stovetops (electric, gas, induction, vitroceramic, wood stoves) and open fire. If the product has wooden or plastic details, unscrew them so you can use it in the oven.
Attention! To move hot cookware, make sure to use gloves or handles with heat protection.
