Cast iron frying pan MAYSTERNYA with wooden handle and glass lid, dimensions 24xh6cm, accompanied by a steel sponge.

Usage and maintenance:

  • Before first use, heat the product at high temperature for 10-15 minutes until it stops smoking, then let it cool.
  • Add 2-3 tablespoons of salt to the pan and heat again for 3-5 minutes, stirring.
  • Let the product cool and then coat it with sunflower oil on both the inside and outside.
  • The pan is ready to use on all types of stovetops and open flames.
  • After use, wash the product and dry it thoroughly. Drying can be done on the stove.
  • Never leave the product wet.
  • If rust appears, it can be restored. Clean the rust with a dish or steel sponge, then rinse and dry.
  • Coat the product with oil and heat at a high temperature for 25-30 minutes.
  • The surface of cast iron cookware is not flat and has minor irregularities, which are not considered defects.
  • The products are made from pure metal with no additional coating.
  • You can use the product on all kinds of stovetops (electric, gas, induction, vitroceramic, wood stoves) and open flames.
  • If the product has wooden or plastic parts, unscrew their attachments before using in the oven.
