Cast iron frying pan with handle and glass lid MAYSTERNYA, D28xh6cm

Instructions for Use and Maintenance:

  • Before first use, heat the product at a high temperature for about 10-15 minutes until it stops smoking, then let it cool down.
  • Add 2-3 tablespoons of salt and heat again for 3-5 minutes, stirring.
  • Allow the product to cool and then coat it with a thin layer of sunflower oil inside and out. Repeat the heating and oiling process 2-3 times.
  • The product is ready for use on all types of stovetops and open flames.
  • After use, wash, wipe, dry and cover with a thin layer of oil. Drying can be done on the stovetop.
  • Never leave the product wet.
  • If rust appears, it can be restored to its original condition. Clean the rust with a sponge or aluminum foil, then rinse and dry.
  • Heat at a high temperature for 25-30 minutes and cover the surface with a thin layer of oil.

The surface of cast iron is not flat; it has small irregularities that are not considered defects. The products are made from pure metal without any additional coating. Can be used on all types of stovetops (electric, gas, induction, vitroceramic, wood-burning) and on open flames. If the product has wooden or plastic parts, disassemble them before placing on the stovetop. Caution! For handling a hot utensil, use gloves or handles with thermal protection.
