Use and maintenance:
- Before first use, heat the product at a high temperature for 10-15 minutes until it stops emitting smoke, then allow it to cool.
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of salt and heat again for 3-5 minutes while stirring.
- Let the product cool and then coat it with sunflower oil both inside and outside.
- After use and washing, wipe and dry the product thoroughly. Drying can be done on the stovetop.
- Do not leave the product wet.
- If rust appears, it can be restored. Clean the rust with a dish sponge or steel sponge, rinse and dry.
- Coat the product with oil and heat on high for 25-30 minutes.
- The surface of the cast iron utensil is not flat and has minor irregularities, which are not considered defects.
- The product is made from pure metal without any additional coating.
- You can use it on all types of stovetops (electric, gas, induction, vitroceramic, and wood stoves) as well as on open flames.
- If the product has wooden or plastic parts, detach them before using it in the oven.
Warning: For transporting hot cookware, use gloves or handles with heat protection.
