Usage and maintenance:
- Before first use, heat the product at a high temperature for about 10-15 minutes until it stops smoking, and then allow it to cool down.
- Next, add 2-3 tablespoons of salt and heat again for 3-5 minutes, stirring.
- Allow the product to cool and coat it with sunflower oil both inside and outside. The product is ready for use on all types of hobs and on an open fire.
- After use and washing, wipe and dry the product completely. Drying can be done on the hob.
- Never leave the product wet. If rust appears, it can be restored to its original condition with a dish sponge or steel sponge, followed by rinsing and drying.
- Coat the product with oil and heat it at a high temperature for 25-30 minutes.
- The surface of the cast iron cookware is not flat and has small irregularities, which are not considered defects.
- The products are made from pure metal without any other coatings.
- You can use the product on all types of hobs (electric, gas, induction, vitroceramic, wood stoves) and on an open fire.
- If the product has wooden or plastic parts, remove them so you can use it in the oven.
- Warning! When moving hot cookware, make sure to use gloves or handles with heat protection.
