RAKI GABI Teapot, made of carbon steel with an enamel coating, with a capacity of 3.5L. The dip coating process ensures a durable and high-quality surface, compared to spray coating. As a result of this process, small spots may appear on the outer surface of the product, which are marks from the drying clamps.
Instructions for use and maintenance:
- Before first use, the coating needs hardening: add water and salt in a ratio of 2 tablespoons of salt per 1 liter of water, boil the liquid and then remove the utensil from the heat. Wait for it to cool completely and then drain it.
- Do not hit the product with metal utensils, as the coating is sensitive and micro-cracks may form.
- Do not pour cold liquids into a hot product and do not pour hot liquids into a cold product.
- Do not leave the product with liquids in the freezer, as the expansion of the liquids will damage the coating.
- Never leave the enamel product empty over the fire, as overheating will damage the coating.
- Never place the product on a burner much smaller than its diameter. Always place the product on a burner appropriate for its size.
- To clean burnt food, pour cold water along with a few tablespoons of salt and baking soda and leave it for 1 - 1.5 hours. Then, wash with water, regular dish detergent, and a soft sponge.
- Never use abrasive substances or products such as metal sponges for cleaning.
- If the coating begins to fade, boil the product in water with a small amount of dish detergent and then rinse well with hot water.
- Never use the product if the inner coating is damaged.
- The product can be placed in an oven at temperatures up to 95-150 °C. In this case, exposure to heat does not affect the protective layer.
