The AMILA 36786 squat stands are designed for barbell training and are suitable for home or commercial spaces with limited room. The steel box-section frames are 3 mm thick, while the plate holders at the rear provide storage for weight plates and help stabilize the structure.

The height-adjustable bar catches have a diameter of 16.2 mm and are manufactured using laser technology. A pair of steel J-hooks is included, with a nylon coating to protect the barbell and reduce noise when racking it. The wheels make the stands easy to move.
