The probiotic fermentation for kefir LACTO PRO contains 15g and comes in 3 packs of 5 grams each, enough for up to 15 liters of kefir. It is very active and full of life. The types of milk suitable for this organic fermentation include: cow's milk (pasteurized milk, UHT, fresh boiled milk, lactose-free milk) and soy milk. Enriched with a large number of live lactobacilli, it is low in calories, fat, and cholesterol, without artificial or animal additives.
Prepared 100% naturally to produce kefir drink. Kefir can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
- Ingredients: maltodextrin* (95%), strains of Lactococcus lactis, Leuconostoc, Streptococcus Thermophilus, Kluyveromyces marxianus, and probiotic LA-5.
- Maturation time: 24 hours at about 22-28°C.
- Preparation method: add 1 pack to 1 liter of milk and allow it to mature for at least 24 hours at a temperature of 22-28 degrees Celsius.
- Kefir can be reused up to 4 times. In the first 3 days, you can take 150 ml from the produced kefir and add it to 1 liter of milk, repeating the process.
