The spring tamper for ground coffee CULINARO has a diameter of 58mm and a height of 100mm with a weight of 400g. This specific spring tamper facilitates the application of even pressure during the processing of freshly ground coffee in the espresso portafilter before extraction. With the proper compression of the ground coffee in the portafilter, a uniform extraction is achieved and a beverage with balanced aroma is produced.

The spring tamper is placed vertically in the portafilter and pressed gently but firmly during the spring's travel. Before lifting the tamper, turn it slightly without applying pressure to smooth the surface of the coffee. With this tamper, it is possible to prepare the perfect espresso every time, like a true bartender.
