Application Method:
- Gently remove shine from the nail with a buffer.
- Remove oil from the nail using cleaner.
- Apply primer for maximum adhesion.
- Apply a thin layer of base and cure.
- Apply the first layer of color, cure, and repeat with the second layer.
- Seal with TOP or TOP MAT and cure.
