Directions for use: Apply a thin, even layer of base across the entire nail surface, then use a UV or LED lamp to "cure" the color. You can apply 1 or 2 coats of Gel Polish, always in thin, even layers. Finish with a layer of Top Coat No Wipe for a perfect finish without removing the sticky layer.
